Need some help gents. It's sad when I feel that I've read everything I can in the search function of the forums and being a paramedic with my knowledge of hormones, etc....and I'm still confused. So I want to keep this simple.
I'm on 5iu gh 5 on 2 off schedule. Diet is spot on. Cardio x6 days a week and lift x4. I'm down well over 100lbs in the last year, sitting roughly 220lbs with a BF of roughly 25% (per military tape test). I want to ratchet it up a bit, start burning more BF and add more lean mass. Was considering test but to be honest I've never done it, and as I stated above I'm still a bit confused about which one to run and how much. I'm just having a hard time understanding each of the different types. You guys have helped me with advice through out the last year and have gotten me to this point, so in that regards thank you.
