Ive never had a headache from test levels, and mine has been sky high. Testosterone does raise bp and that could cause a headache. Id get it checked and if it is high take some n2guard to control it.
How about some details of your history like oh....I dunno, how long you have been on test, what your dose is, are you on anything else etc etc etc.
I mean really, if you want some feedback take a couple minutes to fill us in. You cant even tell us how your test was measured if its total or free etc.

of course it can cause headaches. thicker blood, higher RBC, and yes higher blood pressure.. even with a wellness check it doesn't mean you don't experience high blood pressure after eating or drinking or during exercise/stressful situations.
your body is telling you something, so listen to it. i started getting headaches on winny at 50mg, so i dropped the dose to 25mg and the headaches were gone.. LISTEN to the body.
running a cycle or blasting at a high level is okay for a healthy adult male. being on TRT at too high a dose is dangerous long term and even for those who don't care about long term health it will still end up being counterproductive as it pounds away at your body health
