Test is Test?

If it is true that test is test, which is what most seem to say, my question is: If I have only used sus or omna before and was going to now choose cyp purely for price. What would the difference be in dosing?

Last 2 times ran sus at 500mg/week?

Dosing would be the same... The only real difference will be the release rate of the test, given its ester. So if you have taken 500mgs' (sust or oma) in the past with good results, then 500mg's of cyp should be equally as effective overall.

the molecular structure of test is what makes test test. if you alter the structure of the base molocule it is no longer test. If you add an ester it them becomes test<ester> for example testosterone cypionate or enanthate. The test protion remains the same the ester added is removed (ie hydrolized) by the body and removed leaving the test to bind and do its job. So basically put, test is test. The main difference is dosing between makers. The other main factor is that when they quote a MG content per ml, the weight includes that of the ester if thier is one. In that case, generaly speaking, test products that have a short half life ester have more pure test mg for mg than long ester products. If you average the half lives its around 7 days which is approx the same as cyp so dosing should be about the same..... assuming both products were dosed properly to begin with.

If you're switching from a Sustenon blend to a single ester test like Cypionate or Enanthate you will get more test mg for mg. Why? Because the Sustenon blend has 4 different estered tests, each having it's own ester, each ester has weight and is counted in the "mg". I don't remember the numbers, but it's pretty significant.

imo test is not test for this reason. will i take cyp, enanthate, or sustanon 6 weeks out from a show...hell no, because of that water retention. but will i take test prop up until 6 days away from show time...yes, cause the water will be gone by the time i step on stage.

To your point, there is in fact a difference in terms of total mg's of various tests. Each version of test is a total milligram amount test base plus the ester weight which makes up the total weight. So 250mg's of Enanthate (fairly heavy ester) if I recall correctly is closer to 180mg's of actual test base. Whereas say 200mgs of test suspension is 200mg's of test (no ester).
I am trying to find the exact information for the various ester weights, still looking...
But yes, there can be a fairly significant difference in terms of total test in a given solution.
