Guys ...I know their has been several discussions on this... but I am running around w/ my 2yr old son and don't have time to dig through the posts... im on trt and I have been pinning 1ml twice per week for awhile now.... im 33 yrs old 6,1 and a good solid 215lbs with regular training. Well 1 year ago starting trt I was 123 test level...maybe not quite a year but results came back yesterday..1300 :-) . Don't have all the blood work #s w/ me but doc is buddy and suggest I drop back to 1ml per week split into 2 doses... I have always alternated sides pinning my ass. Thinking about giving ass a rest and start pinning delts. I hear the ass has more receptors with more over all benefit ...Is it TRUE that pinning delts will show improvement in arm size since going straight to the source? I've seen this discussed b4 and everyone seems to have a difference of opinion. When researching internet everyone seem to stress how precise one must be pinning delt. Im just fine w/ pinning my ass....just want someone w/ experience to set the record straight ....WILL I SEE IMPROVEMENT IN ARMS PINNING DELTS RATHER THAN BUTT. THANKS

Actually studies show slightly better absorption pinning delts than anywhere else but at the end of the day you likely wont notice any benefit switching stuff up.
 
Oh ok....I always thought the ass absorbed better ...good to know....I want to tell y'all I was a bit worried....I researched exactly were a site said to pin the delts. Well went in like butter...no pain what so ever...then I see a stream of blood flowing out all the way down my arm into my hand..I injected anyway as soon as I pulled the needle out blood stoped instantly....I know to pull back and check for blood. But so used to not having that problem I didn't...guess I should have pulled out and pinned another spot...not sore at all....hope its ok

since it's a depot it won't matter it'll go through all ur system, but pinning the delts have a slight acceleration effect on metabolizing the test and shortening the half life of it, but u won't feel any difference and specially when doing it twice a week.
and btw try pinning the outer quads, it's easy and practical, u can do it while sitting and looking at ur quads in front of u and u can use both hands too, just keep ur knees slightly more than 90 degrees not too wide or ur quads will start to flex and not too narrow below 90 degrees or they'll harden because of the stretch.
