test heaven (update #1)

well its been a week and a half. im going to try to keep posting weekly updates for informational purposes for the newbies and so the vets can maybe give me advice along the way. I weighed and took measurements and noted my reps and weights on my last sets of the three lifts (squat/dead/bench), also monitoring blood pressure and resting heart rate. i guess i will just give a full breakdown to start with.

this is my first cycle, I have never taken anything other than creatine and protein before this

cycle:
weeks 1-4 dbol 30mgs a day
weeks 1-10 test cyp 400mgs/week injecting mon/thurs
liquidex .5mg/day weeks 1-14
pct:
weeks 12-16 nolva 20mg/day
weeks 12-14 clomid 50mg/day

supplements:
whey protein 3 shakes a day 150gms protein
glutamine 10gms/day
animal paks
flax oil
milk thisle weeks 1-4
during pct:
glucorall
alcar
maca
trib
creatine

diet:
6-7 meals a day
min. of gallon of water a day
trying to eat as clean as possible, but eating as much as i can

stats:
32 yrs old
6"1"
185lbs
9% bf

bench 225lbs/4 on last set (I feel my bench sucks ass)
squat 315lbs/10 on last set (could go heavier)
dead 405lbs/5 on last set (shooting for a max of 535 after cycle)

so far i have gained 8lbs, feel stronger already. the quad shots are a little painful, but I am used to it already and am actually looking forward to them now. Im trying to go for size and strengh on this. Im pretty maticulous and I research as much as I can. Wish me luck!

started on the 17th, and so far i have gained 11lbs! maybe i am eating too much! but i got on the scale twice and it says 196lbs! i feel stronger, i have so much energy, i practically run from lift to lift, i cant wait to go to my next set!! had a dull headache today, checked blood pressure, all normal. later bros
 
Nicely done bro, seems like you have your priorities in order.

My first cycle (2 cycles ago was similar to that) except i used Sustanon instead of Cyp.

All the best with your bench/squat/deadlift goals, hope you achieve yours as i did achieve mine while i was on that cycle.

I am really impressed, you have planned this out perfectly. I see so many posts with guys that want to jump on the sauce, and have no idea what it is really about. Rock on Bro, and keep us posted. :verygood:
 
thanks for the encouragment bros! i guess my only fear is getting a little fat, but i suppose thats just the way it is when you want to bulk. will have to say goodbye to my abs for a little while :rolleyes: but i will get them back! Im hoping to get my bench in the 300's somewhere and my squat in the mid 400's and my dead over 500. will update often. newbies feel free to ask me any questions, maybe i can help you out with what to expect in terms of how you feel on first cycle. so far just had a little bit of a dull headache, hardly noticable. later bros.
