This is what would think as well. I have heard that in rare cases that there may be a growth of the internal organs by huge dose test use in the absence of HGH. But that would not explain the reduction of you gut after you end your cycle. I would think that it is is a combo of belly fat and water rentention in that fatty layer. I bet your much slimmer in the morning before gravity has a chance to pool water into the fatty layer Not well worded but I hope that my point got accross.
