Took my first shot monday morning of test and im feeling very achy, tired, and completely shitty. I've heard this is pretty normal and should go away in a week or so. Any backup to that?

a few days to maybe a week. i usually get a little achy and stuffy for a few days after starting any type of test. after its gone the real fun begins.

Give it 48-72 hrs and it will be gone. Do not train it will make it worse.

Take 1000mg of Ibuprofen to relieve the aches.

I have noticed that if I dont easy into a cycle I tend to get the flu feelings just pop some advil it makes a big difference ,it will go away.

i get flu like symptoms when I start a new cycle, last time I did an anavar only and I still got it, it seems to be a working like a flu shot because it only lasts about a day and I havn't had a real cold or flu in 3 years, before i started using steroids i would get one every year or even after 8 months from the last one
