How do you no how much EQ to mix with your test?
Would 400mg test and 200mg EQ aweek be ok?
1 part Test to .5 parts EQ
 
I would use 400mg/week of Eq. If you are going to split up the shots take 200mg/Test and 200mg/Eq on Monday and the other half on Thursday. Good Luck!
