test/eq pump question sort of

so I generally don't do a lot of direct shoulder work anyway, and maybe this contributes to my question or maybe not, but I submit for your comments the following:

test c and eq both at 400mg week fyi

after doing bench press 255lbs x 4 sets of 8 and then incline db press 67lbs x 4 sets of 10, my shoulders feel like my quads do after 4 sets of squats- pumped, swollen, done! now, I generally don't do direct shoulder work because of that effect, but the pump is becoming more prominent as this cycle continues (about 5 weeks into it now). to look at my delts, people would not know I don't work them directly (chest is my strong suit so I guess I figure they get hit good just doing chest and back)

is that Extreme pump feeling something I should be concerned about? should it be worked through? I mean, pumped like I want to put ice on my delts. Is it the cycle or are my delts getting tore up? I don't want to be 60 yrs old and have lifting my arms hurt. As it is, if I rotate my arm so that my rotator cuff moves the full range of motion, I can feel at least one "hitch" in there, and sometimes it's painful (like if I did chest the day before).

you dont train your delts directly hence they are weak. Doing compound movements that use delts to a small defree makes them pumped and hurt because they are the weakest link. and dbol and eq are know for giving good pumps

Learn how to stretch them... hands on a bar behind your back shoulder height and squat down and hold gets rid of the sickest shoulder pumps!
