test/eq dosage

sup guys, im going to be running my second cycle in a lil while, and i wasnt sure what the best dosage would be for me. ill be running test250 along with eq200. i would like to run an 8-10 week cycle. thanks for ur suggestions. this is my second cycle, im finishing up my first cycle of winny/deca.

6-1, 207 lbs. not sure bf%. first cycle 12 weeks deca @ 400 mg/ winny 50 mg ed last 6 wks.

eq takes a while to kick in , ~6 weeks, so at least 12 weeks would be better... i';d say run 500 test and 400 eq along with a good pct protocol.

best pct for this cycle? ill be taking nolva for my current cycle. will it suffice for the eq/test?

nolva, clomid and hcg
