hey guys ..... its that time of year again for me... lookin to harden up a bit for the summer! Plannin on runnin Sus250 @ 500mgs/wk for 10 wks with eq200 @ 400mgs/wk for 15wks and overlapping the last 4-6 wks with clen to lean out (2on/2off). Pct will probly consist of hcg/sustain/and maybe a few other things. My real question is should i start the sus and eq together, start the sus at the 5 wk mark?, or run the sus in the middle of the 15wks?..... oh yea for those wondering... im 27yo/lifting since high school/diet is fairly clean(i cheat)/done roughly 8 cycles or so!
