Click to expand... at 213lb with bf of 10% you got 192lb of muscle to hold onto while dieting, at a height of 6'2 it is not that much (no offense or anything) cycle of 500mg/test/week along with 75mg/tren/eod will be very sufficient at preserving your LBM
