Test Enth 1st cycle dosage?

What's Crappenin,
I am about to run my first cycle of Test enthanate only. I am thinking of running 500 mg for 8-9 weeks. I am too poor to stack with anything else. I will have clomid and nolva on hand incase of sides and post cycle.
I am 5'8" 230 I am about 19% bf. I am cutting to get into decent shape to start out my cycle. Any objections let me know.

No need to frontload it or anything. Me personally, in order to keep levels as consistant as possible throughout the entire cycle... I like to split up weekly injections into 2 injections. So for you, if you plan on taking 500mgs per week... I would say 250 on Sunday, and then another shot of 250 on Wed, or some variation similar to that.

Every 4th Day would work well. Get some HCG from AG-Guys, should be here by April. Run it week 4,5,6,7,8 just 500 IU once a week. Just to maintain testicular size.
 
I dont think its necessary to run HCG for that cycle, especially at 8-9 weeks in length. You will do just fine with the nolvadex or clomid. The HCG wouldnt hurt, dont get me wrong, but not necessary.
 
and how do you expect to keep sterile the min 1500iu's left in each amp? the smallest hcg amps ive ever seen are still 2000iu's
 
run the test e for 10-12 weeks. also run .5 adex ed with it. break shots up 2x a week i do mon thurs 250 mgs a shot = 500 mgs a week. use nolva only if gyno starts up and keep the clomid for pct. hcg is also recommended during pct.

Should be a good first run. I agree with BC61, the adex is worth its weight in gold to keep the bloat down. If at all possible, try to get some. If not, drink pleanty of water and keep the salt to a min. GOOD LUCK

I prefer AIFM over adex... but I dont wanna start that debate again! :evil:

I could not debate with you because I have never tried AIFM. The adex just works for me. Who knows, I might try it and like it better!

At 19% bodyfat, you have a long ways to go before you need a cycle. However, for now try this cycle
500mgs of DIET
400mgs of CARDIO

You can naturally get down to 10-12% bodyfat, then you can consider a cycle. Right now, you would be using a product that you have no business using.

Thanks for your input Mr. X . Even If I would use at 19% bodyfat It is up to me. I said that I plan to get into shape before my first cycle. I definately do not want fat to cover my newly earned muscles.

Is bloat a big problem with Test Enth, or test in general?

Sure, it's up to you what you use. You wouldn't be the first to use steroids when you don't need them.

You'll need to have a product like arimidex running with the test. .5mgs ED is a good start, but you can bump to 1mg ED.

Make sure to have nolva on hand of course...
 
enthate is just the ester that carries it. Test is test although i do prefer test enthate. With test u tend to retain alot of water ( bloat ) the adex or AIFM will help
reduce this drastically. IIf I were you I would save up and get the funds you need to get enough test for 12 weeks and get enough clomid and hcg for pct also get a lil nolva in case gyno. remeber if u shortcut your pct you lose big time.Pct is the key to keeping gains. Oh and save money for food cuz your gonna have to eat eat eat. Also I would listen to Mr.X he def knows his shit.

Good advice here, bro. I went from 175lb to 225lb, 13%BF in a year and a half from strict dieting and hard work.....AAS free, just a multivitamin and a protein. Karma to you, letsrun. :)

You guys must have missunderstood my comments. I was saying i am cutting now to get in good shape before I run my cycle.
I have been lifting my ass off for the last 9 years and have spent lots of cash on supplements. I have made some great gains but its time to give gear a shot.
As for the Adex or aifm are these products available at ag guys?

i dont mean to be a dick but you could always go to the website and look, its easier than asking on the board. yes they are.
 
This is the third time I have stated that I am going to cut before I take the test. I never said I am going to cut on test. You guys are frustrating me.

these numbers dont make sense to me, are you like 7 feet wide? How did you come up with 19% BF?? If this is an estimate, then you need diet and cardio A LOT----really DIET AND CARDIO A LOOOOOOOT. If you are really at 19%BF at that weigth and height, then diet and cardio for a couple of months and have fun on the test after that, But somehow i dont think youre 5'8" 230lbs with 19%bf. Dont do anything stupid if you dont know your real stats,, hormones can fuck with you too if you are too young

What are your stats<all of them like? Goals Age Diet Supps, ALL THAT Shit!

Thanks for all your help guys. Dont fuking tell me I need to lose weight first I know this. If you would have read deply 12 19 or 22 you would have seen that. I stated I am going to cut to get into shape for my first cycle in my fisrt post. Mr x missunderstood that I was going to cut while on cycle but have said for the fourth time now that I am going to cut so when I do run my cycle I am in good shape.

If you are going to jump an the newb bashing bandwagon like everyone else then don't reply. I am here to learn so dont pass judgement. Even if a person over 20% would decide to go an a cycle it is TOTALLY up to them. Not everyones goal is to be ripped and huge. There are plenty of pro football players, especially lineman considered fat, and flabby strength competitors that benefit greatly from aas. There is no maximum level for bodyfat for the use of gear. If you have found a post that states these guidelines please give us a link. Once again, I am stating that I am going to cut before I start my cycle. Even if I was to start my cycle at 19%, the newly built muscle would help burn more fat efficiently.

As for me I have been lifting for almost 10 yrs and turn 25 this summer. I did not guestimate my body fat. I have been tested numerous times by my doc. I also have a caliper, scale that measures and a hand held tester.

Physically my stats are arms 19.5" Chest 48" Thighs 27" Forearms 14.5", Calves 18". As for doing "MONTHS OF CARDIO" fuck that. Just because someone weighs the same as you at a foot shooter doesn't mean its not true. I just finished a very unclean bulking diet. Whatever I felt like eating I did. Its not like I carry 19% year round. This is the fatest I have ever been and I cary 19 % very well. For competitive bodybuilding 19% is very offseason. For your average joe 19% is not too far from the norm. Other than a little love handle I would not say any part of me is flabby. I have benched 430 before and also have maxed on icline close to 400. I squated 550 in highschool but have had back problems so I dont do squats anymore. I played linebacker at college but it was not worth the time and effort. It got in the way of my lifting.

Just because someone is new to this board does not mean they are new to body building. I am new to this board and my first experince has not been good so far. So please keep your judgment to yourself and read the whole board before replying. Thank you all who have something beneficial.

The only reason that the replies have consisted of diet and cardio advice, is because there are A LOT of guys looking for the quick fix to looking good on spring break that are coming online right now,,,,, safety first i am sure you understand... If you are ready to do a cycle, make sure it is only one type of aas for the first time to see how you react to it, and if it IS test keep it around 500mg/wk and haveALLLLLL your ancillaries and pct with you BEFORE you start the cycle, good luck and good gains bro :)
