This will be my first cycle, I have gotten lots of info from this site, so here is what I am gonna do. If your opinion differs let me know, I want to learn. First off, I have been training for about 7 years, the last 4 years very intense, weight is 190, 5'8", 8% BF. My squat is 325 for 10, flat bench 100 lb dumbells for 10 reps. My main concern is "gyno" since I have a slight case of it from teen puberty I guess. So heres my plan to get solid gains and retain the most after cycle.
Test enanthate = 500 mgs/week
Nolvadex = 10mgs per day, (taking EXTREME caution, I will take a slight decrease in gains, I don't care, NO GYNO) and increase to 40 mgs if I start to get it.
Clomid = post cycle
I have searched, but can someone explain what exactly Clomid does in technical terms? And how much to take.
With a 4200 calorie diet that is CLEAN, 8 hours rest at night, 2 hours during the day, and intense training, I should get results!
