several and i mean several bros i know are having bad reactions, bad shots from balkan for whatever reason. Ive seen pictures of sealed balkan vials with a bug in it (yes a real fucking bug floating in the gear). Too much bad feedback and shady stuff around the name.

+1 on that bro. I would only use it in a stack with maybe some antibiotics. The sad thing these days is it is soooo easy for people to pass off fake shit as legit stuff. The ONLY way I would use it is if you had somebody else ginney pig it first. I would also make sure the batch he used is from the exact batch you are using, or going to use as well.
