A little background: I'm in my early thirties and have been lifting consistently for about 15 years (never bodybuilding, always sport specific). This will be my first cycle in about 10 years. I did a couple half ass cycles in my early twenties. I'm transitioning out of traditional sports and trying to lean up, get stronger, and maybe put on a few pounds.

Test E 400mg/wk weeks 1-12
Winny 50mg/day weeks 7-14
Nolva 40/40/20/10 weeks 16-20
I have Adex on hand if needed.
Current stats:
210 pounds
bodyfat unknown. Have a hydro bf test scheduled next week.
