Hi guys,
After plenty research I've decided to do a test-e/tren-e cycle.
My Current stats:
200lbs
18% fat
175cm
Goal is to lose BF and get shredded for summer.
Cycle:
week 1 - 12 250mg test-e EW (1ML)
week 1 - 8 200mg tren-e EW (1ML)
week 1 - 12 .5mg Arimidex EOD
week 14 - 16 20mg nolvadex ED
Diet:
Macros:
200gr protien
80gr fat
100gr carbs
kcal: 1920
Will drop carbs more if weight loss /fat loss is not optimal and add in (more) cardio if neccesary.
Any advice on a better PCT?
