Test-e / Tren-e Cutting cycle advice needed

Hi guys,

After plenty research I've decided to do a test-e/tren-e cycle.
My Current stats:

200lbs
18% fat
175cm

Goal is to lose BF and get shredded for summer.

Cycle:

week 1 - 12 250mg test-e EW (1ML)
week 1 - 8 200mg tren-e EW (1ML)
week 1 - 12 .5mg Arimidex EOD
week 14 - 16 20mg nolvadex ED

Diet:

Macros:

200gr protien
80gr fat
100gr carbs

kcal: 1920

Will drop carbs more if weight loss /fat loss is not optimal and add in (more) cardio if neccesary.
Any advice on a better PCT?

How many cycles have you run before.. also nolva with tren is a massive no-no.. did you research pct on this site.. you will see why very quickly

I have run one test-e only cycle before this cycle.

Nolva with tren is a big no-no due to prolactin gyno ? Could u please advice me what's better?

Tren on a second cycle is a massive step up.. especially tren e..

Also you have no caber, prami, hcg

do more research on tren before starting this cycle.

like my man already said, tren is not a good choice for a second cycle...you should run another test only cycle .

long ester tren for you - is another mistake .

i would advise you to drop a good amount of body fat before you even consider running a cycle... then after that, stay away from tren...

Could he.run NPP? since its a.shoty ester, less bloat, easirr recovery
