Test E split dose?

while taking 250 mg a week of test E, should i take one shot per week or like 125 on monday, 125 on thursday?

has either been proven to work any better than the other?

if i ever did a test only cycle i would definitely split it up in 2xEW to keep blood levels stable

i can only pin my test once a week now only because i have to pin primo 3x per week

and i run out of spots

2x would be better but if your using an amp that may be difficult.
