Test E only cycle

Ho guys, I'm planning on dropping a test e only cycle before summer. I've researched and I'm gunna up my protein but keep carbs low/medium and cardio every other morning as I'm wanting to get nice lean gains and shed abit of body fat. Can anyone point any do's / donts to me, it's my first injection cycle and was planning on 2ml a week for 10 week. Is this ok in one jab or should I split dose? I'm 13stn flat at minute an a ectomorph when I started years ago so I don't tend to bloat and a hard gainer. Any idea the kinda gains I'll get with a good pct? Cheers

If this is your first cycle it could be quite a bit of weight, I have seen logs of up to 30-33 pounds but they had perfect diet and training, still lost 10-15 lbs after PCT. You should keep at least 15lbs if its your first cycle. 2ml a week is good split it up twice a week, monday and thursday for example. 10-12 weeks is a normal length cycle, diet is going to determine how lean your gains are and what your bf% is going to be afterwards, if your a hardgainer your going to need to up your calories, I find it hard to lower bodyfat and up calories at the same time tho.
 
Yeah thanks alot for help, I realise I'm gunna be hungry alot of time so I'll just keep throwing clean food down me. I like the sound of test E due to it's aid in fat burning. It sounds too good to be true ha ha

AGE, stats, years training, workout and diet plan in detail?

From what im hearing it sounds like not all research has been done or understood properly.

I think you need to at least answer these questions if you want any honest feedback on this. When you sound like you haven't researched much and a bit younger most people will not give you much advice.

Trained: 5 years solid
Weight : 13stn

Started as a classic ectomorph and hard gainer. I will be training intense on the cycle working with alot of drop sets and pre exhaustive training with compound presses at the end of my workout. I'll be training 4 times a week divided equally with legs, chest and tris, shoulders and core and back and bi's. Cardio will be 3 times a week High intensity hill climbing. Diet will be clean I'm planning on high protein medium carbs, looking to put lean gains on not looking for a competing physique. I understand your opinions and thoughts it's not that I havent researched the cycle it's a fact of you can only read so many book, I prefer to speak to guys that have first hand knowledge. Hope this gives a indication

I would have your natural hormone levels checked before you do anything. I bet at your age your levels are still naturally high.
