Ho guys, I'm planning on dropping a test e only cycle before summer. I've researched and I'm gunna up my protein but keep carbs low/medium and cardio every other morning as I'm wanting to get nice lean gains and shed abit of body fat. Can anyone point any do's / donts to me, it's my first injection cycle and was planning on 2ml a week for 10 week. Is this ok in one jab or should I split dose? I'm 13stn flat at minute an a ectomorph when I started years ago so I don't tend to bloat and a hard gainer. Any idea the kinda gains I'll get with a good pct? Cheers
