My first post although I've lurked here for a while. Background - 48 years old ( I know old!) ,6'1" and 230 lbs, about 15% bf, ~30 years on and off lifting with various martial arts and other cardio "sports" like run, bike, cross county ski, swim etc whenever possible, more serious and steady training for the last few years and added 5x5s for the last year mixed up with some high rep work. Current weights - squat 425x3, dead 455x3, 315x5 bench -I have not checked 1RM. Decent but not perfect diet with ~ 4000 cal per day for maintenance. Decided to take it to the next level and do a cycle. Been reading on here but want to do a simple cycle first - Test-E 250mg Thursday and Sunday. I have AIFM and Nolva. I want to get weight up to 250 with same or slightly lower bf while pushing my weights up higher. I got it in my head to see how far I can go before I turn 50. Do the more experienced think this will do it for me?
