Test E on a restricted calorie diet?

Would I just be wasting the gear if I kept my calories down during my cycle?

I'm 160lbs now and I eat around 1800-2000 calories per day right now. I eat very quality food and get about 120 grams of protein per day. I planned on bumping my protein intake to at least 160 grams per day when on the cycle but I didn't want to have to increase my fat and carb intake at the same time. My body type gains and loses weight very easily, so I guess I'm somewhat afraid of putting on 10 lbs of fat during the cycle because I'm eating 4000 calories.

Any advice on this?

unless your below 5'2" I would say u need to leave the gear alone and try lifting weights, eating and taking protein .

you are not ready for aas

diet comes 1st 2nd & 3rd

4th is training

A distant 5th is AAS

stats: age/weight/height/bf%/years training

you'll never get anywhere on 2000 calories. NEVER.

bump the calories to 3000 for a couple months, train hard and you'll pack on quality mass. Gaining a little fat isn't going to hurt you. Over time your body won't grow with only 3000 calories and you'll lean out, then bump it to 3500 calories til you can't grow etc.

If you don't want to sacrifice a little extra body weight with fat you'll never get big or strong. It's that simple.

the 160 lbs is a bit misleading. I've been training on and off for years, starting at 19 and I'm now 27, I'm 5'9" tall. I weighed 145 lbs in high school. I was in a car accident and shattered my right patella three years ago which put me on a couch for almost 4 months. I lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of bodyfat. I was in great shape before the accident, I stayed steady at around 180 lbs and ~15% body fat. I've always had a soft looking body because I have low testosterone anyway (my last checkup in september my test levels were just under 400 ng).

After the accident I ballooned up to 200 lbs and pretty much hated myself for what I looked and felt like. I decided that self-pity wasn't doing shit for me so I restircted my calories and ate extremely healthy. I've lost 40 pounds and 5" on my waist since september of last year and my lifts have actually gone up. I'm still able to do 225 5-8 times on the bench (I know its not great but for me I think its good) and I feel 10x better than I did at 200 lbs.

I feel I am plenty ready to go this direction. I research everything I do thoroughly before I step into it and aas is no exception.

great response thanks bro. I knew I was going to have to bump it up, but I guess I was hoping that I would just get harder leaner muscle mass if I stayed on the calorie amount I am eating now and just upped the protein to a g/lb body weight or a g and a half.

Looks like I'l be eating more chicken breasts and brown rice...

skin,

Your body type is similar to mine. I'm 5 8 1/2 , and I used to weigh anywhere from 140-150 without juice. When I started juicing I went up to 175, now I'm at 183 around 12% bf. I want my bf lower, but I'm finishing up on my cycle, so .. I'm sure I'll lose the fat post cycle. My body is so sensitive to test, it's not funny. But, everyone is right - you need to bump good quality calories up to about 2500-4000 a day. If you suppliment your diet right, you'll grow and most of your fat will go away after your cycle. I know I grow on 200 grams of protein a day. gl

I feel like I'm just going to explode when I finally start the cycle. I'm waiting on my arimidex and nolva to come in before I start. arimi just in case, and I'm going to do a straight nolva PCT.

But man if your like me then yeah I'm decently strong but not exceptional at all and my body just sorta gets harder and "stringier" muscle when I workout. I can put on weight by upping my calories but even with the most stringent of eating habits and workout routines my body juut likes to put on more fat than muscle. So I choose to keep myself at a lower weight so my muscles can actually show.

I look at myself in the mirror and everyday I'm just like damn you are going to respond so well to test. Can't wait to start. I think the hardest part for me is going to be waiting everyday through sleep and work to get back into the gym.

If you are 160 WTF. Do you want to grow or what? Sometimes you have to put on a little BF to grow. I don't mean that you should blow up to a fat ass but why would you even take test at 160 if you do not want to gain weight?
The answer to your ? though is that you can use anything on a restricted diet, ie for a contest. However you do not seem to have enough muscle yet to qualify fo something like this. Unless like someone else said you are like 5 feet tall.
