Test E First Cycle: Proper PCT?

Getting ready to start my first cycle of 500mg EW of Test E (Iranian). I need some advice for proper PCT. I'm 44 yrs old and have been lifing naturally for 4 years. 210 now and eat right. Have a supply of nolva, clen and clomid, but not sure how to use these and at what dose.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Clomid and nolva is all you'll need.

week 1: 200mgs clomid ED + 40mgs nolvadex ED
week 2: 100mgs Clomid ED + 40mgs nolvadex ED
week 3: 50mgs Clomid ED + 20mgs nolvadex ED
week 4: 50mgs clomid ED
