Should I take 500mg every week or split it up 250mg 2x week?

Either way bro...I personally prefer splitting it up because it keeps your blood levels more stable...That will help minimize the risk of sides


have an AI on hand to run during cycle if needed....I prefer Aromasin

did you find the meds online im checking an online website right now trying to get my hands on the exact same cycle. worried abou the reliability of the site but still willing to take the chance, site has clomid and test but no nolvadex.......suggestions

You will not notice a difference in results if you split the dose or not. But I split all mine depending on the amount of AAS I am running for the cycle. I also split the dose of my oral also: AM and PM

Yup best to take your shots 2x a week, most typical is mon & thursdays.

I agree with orals too, some people say you can take all doses at once. But i prefer to dose something like this, 8am, 2pm, 8pm.

Twice a week is better but You need to do research on this bro.... ,for your own safety ,health and well- being.
You also need to post up your stats ; age,height,weight,bf,training exp.
