OK, I have just finished 5 weeks of a 10 week Test. Enanthate cycle. Although I've run several PH cycles in the past, this is my first real gear cycle. I did kick start my cycle with 4 weeks of Dbol, starting at 20mg going up to 30mg by week 4.
I started at 230 lbs, went to 244 after about 3 weeks. I'm now at about 242-243 since I've stopped taking the Dbols after Week 4.
I am doing 350mg per week of Test E., and my question is this: is 350 too low a dosage? I did some research and thought that for a first cycle, 350mg is more than sufficient to see good gains.
I am not seeing huge strength gains yet, and haven't really gained any weight in a week or two. If 350mg is not enough, can I still amp it up to 500mg for the duration of this cycle? Or is that not a good idea?
BTW.. My diet and training are very solid... my protein intake is more than sufficient. I won't bore you with calorie counts, etc... I did the research and know what I need to eat and how to train. I'm 46 yrs old.
