Test E Cycle HELP

I'm in week 5 day 6 of 500mg per week of Test E. I started with 3 weeks of M1T at 20mg.
My stats are 5"11, 180lbs, 14%bf.
I have gained about 10lbs so far from the M1T, but NOTHING so far from the test. My strength has gone up though (+10lbs on some lifts). Is it possible to gain strength and not gain weight??? i have gained from Sustanon but that was about 3 yrs ago. I do not feel more energetic, but that could be the HIV... I'm fairly sure the gear is ok, it's a fairly well known underground lab. I'm eating 250g protein a day and about 3000-3500 cals...
Any advice people???

Yeah, I can give you a lot of help. You have indeed laid out much of the info I need to give you the solution to your problem(s). The amount of protein is very good, but at 3000-3500 cals ON A CYCLE and being HIV on top of it means that you are NOT eating enough. Your lack of energy could be that almost everything you are eating IS protein. You DO need some carbs for fuel and some GOOD fats even. It sounds like you are doing most things right except for the diet and good for you because that's the easiest thing to fix for LBM growth. Your cals should be at least 5-6000 being on your cycle and being HIV. Even if you were not on a cycle nor doing weight training, you would still need about what you are taking in now just to stay level. Forget about 2000 to 2500 cal days if you want to see real LBM growth. Just being a PWA means that you need to eat more.
