Training experience: about 7 years
Cycle experience: 4 pH cycles and 1 Winstrol solo cycle (inject)

I'm still pretty new to injectable AAS, but I've done my research and I'm ready to start my first Test e cycle (mistake by doing Winstrol as my first-shouldve done Test). My main goals for this cycle is to simply look better, and make some good strength gains. I'm trying to decide if I should kickstart with Beast, and then lean out once I lose some of the water weight from it.

Diet
Between 3000-3500 cals
Protein: 450-470 grams
Fats and Carbs moderate, and low Sodium

Cycle Plan
1-10 Test e (500mg/wk)
1-4 Beastdrol 30mg day (maybe)
1-10 HCGenerate

PCT
12-16 Clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
12-16 Unleashed/Post Cycle Combo
-maybe Forma Stanzol

trying to keep this pretty simple, but I'm open to suggestions
 
10 weeks is too short for test e, 12 weeks minimum.

Ok, I will get another vial. I have a 20 ml vial with 250mg/ml. So that would come out to 10 weeks but no problem, I'll get another. Thanks
 
Is Beast a good idea?


beast is a great kickstart to a test cycle...


1-12 test e 500 mg week
1-12 aromasin 12.5 mg eod
1-4 beast 20/30/30/30
1-4 n2guard
7-14 hcg 500 iu's week or hcgenerate

pct
15-18 clomid 25/12.5/12.5/12.5
15-18 unleashed/post cycle
15-18 forma stanzol

make sure you are getting plenty of water and carbs with the beast bro... you also need to run n2guard with it... good luck on your cycle!

I'd like to see your complete diet. 470g of protein is overkill.
 
What are your approx macro grams when your on cycle Dylan?

3200-3500 calories
475-500 protein

moderate carb
low fat...

i cut the calories back a bit now and the protein down in the 460 range because im trying to shred as much of the size that i got from my cycle... i'll stay right at 3000 during my sarms stack.. 2900-3000

I'll post it tonight when I get the chance, there's been kind of a family emergency and I've been spending a lot of time at the hospital. It's been tough to stay on my planned diet this past week but I'm trying. And I usually get at least 450g of protein, but I will probably drop that a little once I start to lean out after the beast, and I will drop the calories a little bit as well.

Thanks man I appreciate the input. I'll deff run the HCGenerate up to PCT, and pick up n2guard.
 
I also forgot to add, that because of me not getting my planned macros, I'm going to start back up tomorrow when things are normal again around the house. I was supposed to start my cycle today, but I'm going to get in the groove again for about a week and start next Sunday. It will also allow the n2guard to get here. But thanks for the input guys, I'm pumped for this cycle.

Where do y'all suggest I do my first pin? With my Winstrol cycle I only shot my ass and my girlfriend did it for me, so I've never pinned myself. I don't think I'm flexible enough to do my ass alone, so I'm planning on thighs, but I'm worried that I don't know the exact spot to pin it. I've looked at pictures and videos, but I'm still not very confident in it. I'm sure it will be a breeze but I'd rather just get y'alls opinions on it even though I sound like a pussy.
 
My 2nd week is over bro n I had 4 pins so far in my outer quads no pain after injection or anything so far so good!!! I say quads...

Ok thanks, I'm probably gonna end up doing quads either way, but where exactly do you pin. Like if you put your leg straight and flex your thigh, how far up from the start of the muscle should it be? That's really the only thing I'm worried about.

Like I said I do the outer upper thigh every time and I have nopain or soreness n I was scared shitless my first pin lol. But no pain after or the next day I draw with n 18g n shoot with a 25g. But if u put ur palm on ur hip bone n stretch ur hand down I shoot where my middle finger lies. It works for me and at this pt no problems so I must be ding something right lol... hope this helps

Awesome, thanks man, I'm pinning with a 22g 1". That's all I can get so I'm gonna have to suck it up.

I have a hard time getting to my glutes too and I get my wife to do it whenever I can. I found the easiest way to shoot in my own glutes is to lie down on my side and twist around to hit it. It's hard to explain but if you try it you will figure it out. If you are only doing 2 injections a week you can get by with rotating your quads and glutes. Any more than that I would include your delts in the rotation. Outside upper quad with 1" pin. 1.5" for glutes.

Yea that sounds like a good idea..It makes sense I just hope no one walks in on me while I'm posing/pinning looking like a fucking dumbass. But I'll deff try that if my quad injection doesn't go good because I deff prefer pinning my glutes, but for now all I have is 1".

1" will work for glutes but if you are not extremely lean I would get some 1.5". There are lots of places you can get pins delivered in a few days.

Yea I'm not extremely lean and I used 1" for my Winstrol cycle and I had lumps all over my ass because I don't think I was getting it all the way into the muscle.
