Test E and winny cycle

Hello i am gonna do week 1-8 Test E and week 1-6 winstrol 40mg. I am not sure how many
Mg test e i should take and when to take pct week 11-12 nolva 20mg? The reason I am doing 8 weeks is because of work. I train 3 years previous cycles anavar and winstrol.

If you can only do 8 weeks then swap test e for test p because test e takes about 4weeks to kick in.. you pct is shit.. I'm not going to spoon feed you so do more research on that

what are your stats, like age weight, height, cycling history. you need to do a lot more research.
