Test E and D-bol Cyle i was on

Well i just want to share my experience with some of you. It was a couple years ago but as i do research now for my next cycle i come across all these guys just getting into the game and just wanna run orals or not the right amount. Well this is my first post so here it goes...

Test E - 500 EW shot up EOD ( For 11 weeks)
30 mg of D-BOL for 4 weeks only
Nova 10 mg first week and upped to 20mg the rest of the cycle
Clomid for post cycle
Approx 6000 to 7000 calories a day
200g of protein daily
KEEP A LOG OF WORKOUTS AND WEIGHTS (otherwise you wont know what gains your making)

To me I would have to say I did everything to the T.

Well i started out at the age of 22 and wasnt getting the gains i was looking for. So I did a LOT of research into a cycle for a beginner and thats what i came across. I ate tons of chicken and fish.. No soda, No milk, No mayo. Just didnt see why i would want to wast my time with fatty stuff. Or to give me a soft look from the milk

I started out at only about 135 to 140 lb.
within the second week i was already feeling a high self being and could tell strength was going up.
When i first started i was only able to put up around 115 lb to do 10 reps..
Peoples misconception are focusing on the pretty muscles ( I.E. Biceps, Triceps, Chest) Well that is wrong. ALl those muscles are MUCH smaller then your back muscles and your leg muscles.. So I always made sure my back and legs were putting up a lot more weight then any other muscle group..

Throughout this cycle i continued to make sure my water intake was at least a gallon or more a day..

By the time I was done with the 11 weeks of being on the cycle i had GAINED approx 33 LB.

So i was weighing about 170lb of muscle with a 9% body fat.. I continued to workout and within 2 more months i was all the way up to 187lb. Heaviest i ever been.

So for you guys out there trying to figure out what you want to get on for your first cycle then i hope you do you research and do ths shit right..

PS EDIT : I was putting up 225 10 times, curling 120lb straight bar with 16 1/2 inch arms i got big. My jaw thickend and my traps n lats got big... Started only being able to do 1 to 2 perfect pull ups ended at about 27 good pull ups.
