Hey I'm 24 155lbs not sure my bf% but it's Low...anyway this would be my first time so I'm still doing alot of research on the topic...but I'm leaning towards a test e and anavar cycle...my question is how long should my first cycle before and if I only do one cycle would I see any results...also curious about the dosage cause everywhere I go I see different things or does it just depend on the person.

Thanks in advance

I suggest you learn to eat and get closer to reaching your genetic limit before adding anything,at 155 you're not even close!
Have you tried switching up routines? the body has a way of adapting ,it's a common mistake that most get in their groove by going thru the same motions at the gym day after day.

How are you with diet right now? Do you consistantly train currently?

I have switched up my routine a couple times and I have tried everything to get bigger a high calorie diet, weigh gaining supplements, and I have been weight training for about 3 years 4 days a week and doing cardio 2x a week. My diet contains lots of lean meats, wheat, brown rice lots of fruits and vegetables. I aim for about 2500-3000 cal. per day and between 150-225 grams of protein...and for my PCT I wanna take clomid and nolva but not to sure what my dosage should be
