Test E & Anavar first Cycle PCT Question

Was planning on doing my first cycle as a test-E only cycle for 10 weeks then decided to throw in some Anavar for the last 5-6 weeks , my question is when exactly should I dose my last anavar , the last day I Pin or a week after that ? , also what would you guys recommend for PCT , 2 weeks after last Pin I assume at what doses etc. I'm 5'8, 175 , not sure what my bf % is , I think around 15% , any help is appreciated

What should I use for PCT , just nolva ? And if you know , in what doses

And that would be rod ? Like M/W/F/S ? And start both at the same time for 2 weeks ?

im all for helping but you need to do more researchch. take them every day and thlse doses are you daily dose for each week
