test E alone...

My 2nd cycle was Test-E only. I started at 250 EW and finished at 500 EW. It was the 1st time I ever benched 500.

Wow. Let me take a breath, then I'll zip through War and Peace. There's obviously more maturity there, kinda smells like grandma used to. The place does reek with knowledge, and that was an excellent debate. So I could go there to learn something and here to be a sarcastic asshole. Sounds good, thanks. Is Lt. Yes there is more maturity and more PhD's on AF. It was put up by veteran mods from this board and myself 6 years ago. Most of the ideas you see on this board and all the other boards came from people posting AF. Like modern PCT, long term gh dosing, tren dosing, etc. It used to be the place where all the knowledgeable people gathered to write consensus statements.

So I could go there to learn something and here to be a sarcastic asshole.

Sure, that's what I do. :)
 
If anyone who has interest in this topic hasn't yet read the thread Ulter linked to, they should. The argument is persuasive.

My only real concern would be SHBG build-up but I'd need to research more into that to make any comments. An end-of-cycle mopping up with proviron or winny would likely cope with that, anyway.
 
Ugh...not to steal wolfman's thunder, but I am almost ready to do my first cycle. Everyone tells me that i should test E 500 mg weekly, but now i read 250 mg. I am conservative, and want to build my swimmers built, not to become Arnold. advice??
 
i read about 3/4th's of that post in the link and i'm sold on the 1g a week after teeter-tottering back and forth.

i read a whole lotta fuss about keeping estrogen under control and having a good diet, so now i have a couple questions. what exactly should i do to keep things under control estrogen wise during and after cycle to keep the bloat and other sides away so i don't "blow-up" as they said?

what foods should i stay away from and what foods should i surround myself with? i know plenty of carbs and protein is what i need but i just can't figure out what to eat so i can keep it consistent (besides shakes). i'm not the best at keeping a diet so i want/need all the help i can get to keep the weight clean.
