i don't know what's standard for hrt, but a year ago i got a doctor's script for 200 mg weekly of test cypionate and 200 mg weekly of nandrolone. people told me i wouldn't see much difference, but i gained 25 lbs. in six months and my strength level went to the moon. lots of people who haven't seen me in awhile say "have you been lifting weights?" i do eat a really clean diet and take creatine, protein, fish body oil, grape seed extract, pomegranate juice and on and on. that probably helps a lot too. i'm 56 years old.
