Hello people.
I am planning a new cycle but have a couple of questions and problems.
I cant do long cycles, had an agreement with Girlfriend shes a bit worried/paranoid about long cycles and recovery so shes agreed to let me juice if i do a few short cycles. Im happy for this comprimise.
I want to grow as much as i can whilst leaning out as I can in 6 weeks
my last recent 4 week cycle after not cycling (im still in pct) for 5 years (dbol 60mg/day+ winny70mg/day) I grew and kept about 6 -8kg muscle and lost quite a bit of fat with minimal sides over 4 weeks. Im happy to do this and loose fat slowly.
height - 5'11
age - 29
weight - 122 kg
bodyfat - approx 20-25%
bench barbell smith - 236lb *3
lat pull down - 242lb *5
bicep bar bell curl + ezi curl - 119lb *3
military press smith barbell - 198lb *3
Deadlift - 286lb *6
These are some of my stats.
I train by myself for less distraction and to stay in pump. Hence smith machines as no spotter. I have a knee injury (snapped ligament) from years ago and train leg resistance on the bike light for 2 minutes hardest a level i can stand for 25-30 seconds and repeat 4 times. risky to do squats, leg extensions etc.
Past cycle experience was the last cycle and one with 750 mg week test e for 8 weeks cycling winstrol 4 on 4 off 4 on (about 4 years ago)
I was looking to do something like -
wk 1 - 1750mg test e + 50 dbol/day + 70mg winny/day (frontload) + adex 0.5eod
wk 2 - 800mg test e + 40 dbol/day + 70mg winny/day + adex 0.5eod
wk 3 - 800mg test e + 30 dbol/day + 70mg winny/day + adex 0.5eod
wk 4 - 800mg test e + 30 dbol/day + 70mg winny/day + adex 0.5eod
wk 5 - 800mg test e + 30 dbol/day + 70mg winny/day + adex 0.5eod
wk 6 - test e still left in system + 10 dbol/day + adex 0.5eod
wk7 - pct
wk8 - pct
wk9 - pct
wk10 - pct
Would have nolva on hand also and in pct but I havnt completely decided on pct.
Will probably do a half dbol bridge + zma + Tribulu as it worked so good for me last cycle with nolva for Adex estro rebound only.
Ive set it up with the adex to stop estro fat deposits, bloat and estro sides as much.
My diet will be something like I had last cycle with more protein as of the high test - low fat, about 100-120 gm carb per day, 400+protein gram. Spread out through as many times a day as possible. this works wonders for me. calories will be incresed bit by bit to promote continual growth.
Plenty rest, traing hard as hell and smart.
Question is cause its a short cycle I want as much gain as possible as I can in a short time and am wondering how high I should go on the test.
Being as Its only 5 weeks of injections do you guys thing I could run 1g test for more gains?
Would it be worth it in your experiences and would a short course of 5 weeks at 1g+ build up a lot more sides quicker than say 800mg as i have planned? Last time I did 750mg week for 8 weeks I only really started noticing bad estro mood sides around week 5 with no adex.
Would the agression be a lot more at 1g/week than 800? I am generally a calm person too.
If higher test is used calories will be increased.
I dont want to do a crazy dosed short cycle like some do but am happy to go up in dose if it would benefit me and not induce much worse sides - Aggression, estro moods, bloat.
keep in mid ill be running adex at 0.5 mg eod as well. Just I'm limited to short cycles.
will calorie cut/diet b4 cycle to prime and reduce training to 2 days /week lower intensity and hammer when on.
Your experienced advice will be appreciated.
