You need to run Test P and NPP ed or eod for optimal results. I would recommend 40mg test p and 40mg npp ed using slin pins in your arms and delts. You could do them eod so just do 80mg for each. NPP is incredible for lean muscle and added fullness.
I just realized you plan to do 500mg test. It's not really needed at your age and weight (you are not 5% bf) but who am I to say what you can and cannot do. If you decide to run that amount then sure 2 shots of test c per week would be fine. Just run the NPP like I mentioned. You could run the test e ed or eod with the npp too.
