Test Cyp / Var Cycle Question

I am running a 14 week cycle of test cyp, kick starting with dbol for 5 weeks and running var the back end weeks 7-14. My question is when do I start the pct if I am ending the test and var same day. I was planning on the typical 18 days after last pin for test cyp.

I am running nolva clomid for pct, currently running hcg on cycle and have AI on hand to use when needed.

Any help would be appreciated.
