u better start ur own thread if u want ppl's attention, it'll show on the top of the board so that everybody can see it easily.Im 37 and am taking 200mg/wk of Test Cyp, 100mg taken E3D. Reading from the posts on here, I should drop it to 100mg/wk only! While taking such doeses, has any aromatased? Add to that, I have HYPOthyroidism, so I am taking a T4/T3 supp which is 2:1, that is 50mcg:25mcg.
viperbluelx how is 50mg taken every 3.5 days working out for you?
With that being said, does anyone on here have a similar clinical issue? And has anyone added Clen to this without bumping up their T4/T3 supp? I am curious to know this.
anyway about test dosing it all depends on ur lab numbers and ur feelings on it (if low test symptoms r cleared), on hrt u usually start with the minimum required and keep adjusting if u don't feel the benefits in 6-8 weeks, but always start with the minimum u may get all the benefits from the least amount, or u may end up doing the 200mg. do u have a doc. following u?
hrt test dosages may vary from 100mg to 400mg, most of the regular population (i.e regular who r not pro BB's and want to maintain huge muscle mass) the dose is between 100mg-200mg.
btw it's optimal to divide ue weekly dose in 2 halve doses.
now about the AI use in hrt it all depends again on ur E2 and SHBG numbers when u test urself after administering test for a while or in 8 weeks period and see that u have high E2 or SHBG u may start an AI with the minimum dosing, u will know from ur mood if there's an estrogen rise but the labs will confirm it.
minimum AI dosing is usually adex 0.25mg/e3d, u may add more later if needed or switch to a stronger AI like letro or aromasin.
r u doing HCG ??? u'd better add it to the mix as it's essential for other hormone synthesis and to keep ur balls working even if at minimum. 250 iu x 2/w is enough for that.
about T3 and T4 i'm sorry i can't help u i don't have any issues with my thyroid and not too much knowledge on it, but i don't think clen will help in this matter just keep taking what ur doc. prescribed u (T3 and T4).
