Test cyp and Dbol cycle

Hello everyone, I'm new here and was just wanting some feedback/advice. I'm getting ready to start my first cycle in about 5 years. I have about 8 cycles done in the past but its been a while for various reasons. I'm going to run a 10 week cycle of test cyp 500mgs/week with a kicker of dbol at 30-40mg/day for 3-4 weeks. I'm curious if this is "enough" as I've done several larger and longer cycles in the past.
I'm 32 years old, 216 lbs at approximately 13-15% body fat.
I eat about 200-225 mg protein a day, and about 375-400 mg of carbs all from whole foods except for a post workout shake and a shake right before bed.
I workout 4-5 days a week mostly in a powerlifting style with at least 1 drop set per body part per workout. I also use negatives and static holds as well.

This is plenty.. more is not always better.. I love test and dbol but it doesn't really love me cos it bloats me so much..

What is your planned pct my man?

Adex starting at week 6 and 2 weeks after last inj starting clomid at 50mg/day. Pct has always been my downfall so any info here would be a great help!!

I would start adex sooner esp with dbol..
There are new OTC products that have been specifically designed for pct..

Unleashed, post cycle, Formastanzol, DAA and Clomid is my pct of choice.. there are many option now.. Clomid and nolva pcts are old school and make you feel like shit.. have a look in the pct section and you will quickly see what everyone recommends for pct..

I'm sure I will!! I've been out of the world for about 5 years and I see a lot has changed since then! I'm just glad a good stand by test/dbol is still good!! Next cycle will be a little larger to include EQ or deca.

Given the compounds you are talking about using I'm guessing your goal is to add some size. If so you need to up that protein content - aim for an average of 300/day with the vast majority of it coming from clean/healthy real food sources (no more than one or two protein shakes).

Have a look into NPP.. similar to deca without the bloat and it hanging around in your system for months

Yes my goal is to add mass. My goal is to be up around 230-235 or so. I will definitely up the protein as I'm sure when I start my appetite will increase some too! Does 375-400 carbs sound about right?
