Hello everyone, I'm new here and was just wanting some feedback/advice. I'm getting ready to start my first cycle in about 5 years. I have about 8 cycles done in the past but its been a while for various reasons. I'm going to run a 10 week cycle of test cyp 500mgs/week with a kicker of dbol at 30-40mg/day for 3-4 weeks. I'm curious if this is "enough" as I've done several larger and longer cycles in the past.
I'm 32 years old, 216 lbs at approximately 13-15% body fat.
I eat about 200-225 mg protein a day, and about 375-400 mg of carbs all from whole foods except for a post workout shake and a shake right before bed.
I workout 4-5 days a week mostly in a powerlifting style with at least 1 drop set per body part per workout. I also use negatives and static holds as well.
