test cycle before hols

Hi guys my proposed cycle idea is below

test prop eod 6 to 8 weeks
25mg of proviron every day

pct
nolva/clomid

What im looking to gain on this cycle if possible is to lose some body fat and gain some lean muscle, is that possible? my current stats are

5ft 11
13stone 2
age 24
not sure bodyfat but i can see my abs.

Im not looking to gain a load of weight, id like to maybe put on a few pounds whilst dropping my bodyfat down also. What do you guys think?
 
i think it's doable. i would go with 50mg proviron tho. also i would look into the test recovery stack for pct. it's my opinion that nolva and clomid are outdated and sucked to begin with. what test dosage are you looking at doing?
 
i was going to do 100mg every other day, think ill bump the proviron up to 50mmg then. I forgot to add that i was going to use hcg as well last 2 weeks of cycle. So you think i could gain half stone and lose body fat aswell off this cycle? I was going to keep my calories round about 2500 - 3000 with high protein, moderate to low carbs and low fat
 
i think you're on point here. as for carbs get them from oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc... you know all the complex ones, avoid sugars, white bread, sodas, etc... don't keep your fats too low, just make sure they are the right kind. fish oils, peanut butter, anything unsaturated is preferable, it's the saturated fats you want to steer clear of.

the hcg is a good idea as well. i still think you should change your pct tho, but i guess if you've already got it mapped out then oh well.
 
another question i have regarding this cycle, would proviron be enough for an anti estrogen blocker? or should i add sum nolva as well?
