Test Bloat

I'm one week into my Enanthate cycle, 400mg/week and I'm curious to know when I should expect the bloat to come? I plan on starting my liquidex on week 4 so I have enought to last post cycle.

Also one more question... If you don't use Liquidex while on test and you're bloated, will it prevent you from losing fat even though your diet is in order?

With me, I see the bloat around the end of week 3. That is at 500 mg/week. But at the same time, I am at 50 mg/d of dbol which will maximize the amount of bloat I have to contend with.

Remember, the bloat is just water retention. Do moderate cardio 3 days a week and keep your diet in-check and you should be ok.

I was doing 500mg of eth every week and my bloat came on big time in week two. Every one is different, some people wont bloat at those dosages, and some will. Get some anti e's just in case it starts to happen. No, you wont really be able to lose fat while your bloated. Bloating signals amoritization, aromitization signals high levels of estrogen in your system, high levels of estrogen= fat storage. Now if your diet is on point and you do some cardio, you may be able to gain muscle, and keep your bodyfat level the same, or even lower it a bit, but I wouldnt count on it, but then again everybody is different. Keep your anit e's on hand just in case you need them.

Nolva is cheap, will prevent gyno, and helps to an extent with bloat. Take it at 10mg per day starting at the start of week 3. Also you can use nolva post cycle instead of clomid with less sides to worry about.

You should start the Liquidex right at the start, not in week 4. It will do nothing for already circulating estrogen.

Thats not exactly true, liquidex(arimidex) or any other anti-e will help already circulating estrogen. He may need to take upwards of 1-2mg per day, and cut down the dosage of the test until the bloat goes away, but it will go away. Had the same problem, Huck told me to cut the dosage, and up the arimidex, and it works.
