Been training properly for about 13 months now although trained kickboxing for a few years before that so I have been always interested in sport and competitive side of things and have made some good gains naturally.
My stats are 6ft - 180lbs
Bench - 200lbs (8reps)
Squat - 265lbs (8reps)
Deadlift - 265lbs (8reps)
I read the sticky and have a breakdown of my typical diet - can include meal plans if needed but essentially per day I am eating
4000 cals
carb = 400g
protein = 250g
fat = 145g
So basically C
:F = 50:30:20%
And that includes two weight gain shakes made with peanut butter and banana etc. Just to add I feel that I am a ecto and struggle to put on mass but I do intend to step up my calories when I start my cycle and aim for 5000 lol!
My goal is to put on as much lean muscle as possible for the summer (I know I sound like a douche here!) but any advice would be much appreciated.
I know tren is generally not advised for your first cycle but I have heard good reviews and would like to make my own mind up.
Basically im looking for advice on dosages, number of injections per week and PCT dosages.

*Just wanted to add - with the below statement, what are these sides I keep hearing about. Ive heard this statement so many times but never an explaination
"tren e should only be ran after you have experimented with Ace to see how you tolerate that imo. to many guys run e and dont like the sides but guess what the ester is still with you for weeks after you stop shooting it. With tren ace its gone in a few days and your back to normal feeling."
