I do every now and again on cycle which is somewhat surprising you would think but I think my problems stem primarily from less than adequate sleep. I have never been a great sleeper anyways and when on cycle this is exacerbated at times with the outcome that I am not allwoing my body sufficient recovery overall.
I have tried my best to stay away from any pharms for sleep aid as I understand the risks involved there and just use some natural methods or "light" drugs for sleep aid if it gets to out of hand. So something to watch out for in your own instance as we tend to be training a lot more aggressively when running a cycle and hence we should do all we can to ensure a good nights sleep for growth and recovery.
