Hey all I am a newbie to using gear but not to training i have been working out 5 days a week for 11 yrs, i am 6' 2" 245 currently and i am guessing about 11%bf, i am into my second week of a test deca cyle running 300mg deca and 500mg of test every week. i have hcg on hand as well as clomid, my protein intake is at or as close to 300gm/day i do not overdue the carbs but the carbs i take in are complex carbs with caloric intake about 3500 a day. My question is do i need more calories or will adding calories make me put on more body fat than muscle?
