In the D.C. area they increase security all the time and it isn't reported on the news why or that they have increased security. I know when I get to the Pentagon Train Station and I see the Military Hummers, MPs, dogs, Pentagon Police and Transit Police, that they received a threat. Its becoming the norm here.

most of the main training camps have moved into the high muslim populated countries of asia now. Countries like Indonesia that have a muslim population of over 200 million. This is just one of the many reasons your plan won't work. I do give you props though because at least you are attempting to come up with an answer. I think a lot of people would just rather sit back and point fingers until it directly affects them.
