Terminating cycle after 4 weeks

TEST E 500mg (2 shots @ 250mg ea./per week), I have completed exactly 8 shots in 4 weeks and need to stop my cycle. My question, will Nolva alone do the trick for PCT (i originally planned on hcg + nolva)? If so,
1. when should I start
2. at what dosage
3. and for how long?

I would use clomid although your cycle was short. HCG would help as well. I use nolva for puffy niples.
