Tennis Elbow???

One way to get rid of it is to pinpoint what caused it in the first place and then avoid that activity. At least for awhile, anyway. For me, T-bar rows usually kicks in a spate of tennis elbow. I dig the shit out of that movement, but I've shyed away from it completely in the last few years. No more t-bar rows for me, though bent-over rows with either a dumbbell or barbell suit me just fine. Go figure.

I have a bit of tennis elbow...i can notice it mostly when i do shrugs with 150 pound dumbells it pulls on my elbow....i had a massage therapist look at it and she rubbed my forearm and it seemed to loosen it up and it was fine...i go once a week still and it beocmes sore every now and again...she said the muscles of the forearm can often tighthen up and pull on the elbow joint.
