I'm getting ready to plan my next cycle more of a cutter than bulk. I am 6'4" about 255 and around 14% BF. That's a true 14% I have had it tested at a couple of times fairly recently.
I seem to get real bad tennis elbow when it starts getting cold out and it really screws up my training while on, to where I have to layoff the gym entirely for about 2 weeks or hit legs only but that is still only about 1/3 of the normal gym routine so it still sucks... Anybody have any thoughts on what I can take so when I'm on cycle it's not gonna screw me again? I've had another cortisone injection about 2 weeks ago cause it hurt so bad I could barely lift a 32 oz baja fresh plastic cup without holding it right next to my side...
I do already take Glucosamine condritine (sp) with MSM with little help... Anything else either OTC or not....
