tendonitis

tendonitis is inflamation of the tendons. anti-inflamatories (advil), ice after working out are the only things I have ever found that help

cissus works well, too.
 
go to a cerified ART therapist and have them work the area for a few sessions. they will break up scar tissue and help speed up the healing process.
 
no its herbal bro. its something like "cissus quadrilangulas" , might not be exact spelling but its close. I have San nutrition supp called "bone support" and it has cissus in it. Hell I always take joint supps off and on so i never really know if they work.

the only supp ive seen that has cissus only is on bodybuilding.com store and they have something called Cissus Rx i believe.
 
winny gave me horrible tendonitis. Spent thousands at the Chiropractor with electrostatic therapy and adjustments along with ice therapy. Miraculously, 8 weeks after i discontinued the oral winny it went away.

Inflamation for nonvascular tissue is essential in healing, reduce inflamation, reduce healing. Using ice/anti-inflamatories after a workout are setting yourself up for more tissue damage. Do some research into prolotherapy.
