tendonitis while running AAS

Hi guys, I'm in a very serious dilemma and I would like some opinions, I started my first cycle ever 6 weeks ago, deca, test and hcg I felt how my strength exploded all this time since I started my cycle and lifting heavier than usuall, and maybe I was an idiot and pushed myself to the limit and injured my tendons and ligaments on my right elbow, I always heard when you run AAS and gain that much strength plus muscle mass sometimes your ligaments and tendons are not used to this kind of excessive stress and force and they can be injured, I'm pretty sure that what happened to me, I got checked out and the doctor told me I have to stop for at least 4 weeks and he doesn't know I'm juicing up, so I need your professional help here and I need to know what would you do in this situation, specially know that I'm half way my cycle, thank you guys.

Tendinitis (also called tendonitis) is an inflammation or irritation of a tendon (a thick cord that attaches bone to muscle).

Anytime you perform a weight bearing exercise, inflammation occurs. That's why you experience a pump. Doing a lot of exercises that incorporate your right elbow is going to make your tendinitis even worse.

You can still work out and finish your cycle but just go very light and focus on high rep work with anything that involves your elbows. That means things like presses, rows, pulls ups, etc.

The best natural supplement you can take to reduce inflammation is fish oil. Start supplementing with 6-10g per day. It'll reduce inflammation in your elbows and help reduce your tendonitis symptoms.

You are exactly right. You got too strong too fast and pushed too hard.

I would back it off as far as weight for a bit. Do a nice deload week with the movements you are able to. Do not risk further injury though.
