Joint pain is the worst! Both my elbows suffer from some pretty bad pain, that actually prevents me from doing some exercises I like to do(especially on tricep day). You have to be careful with deca, because although it will make your joint feel better while on it, it doesn't curte it, so when you come off of it not only are you lifting more weight, but your joint pain is going to be right back. Glucosamene (sp?) has worked fairly well for me however.
