1st ever inject into my right bicep 3 days ago & it is Killing Me! The whole bicep area is a light red & a little hard. Very sore to the touch. Is this something to be worried about (too late I'm worried) or just tender bicep suffering 1st pin hit?? The redness hasn't started spreading yet.
